Buyer’s Guide

• Preorder availability will open at 8 am on Thursdays for the following Wednesday’s Market and will remain open until Sunday at midnight.

• $25 delivery fee with $100 minimum order

5% handling fee per order to cover expenses

• Delivery is only available to Connecticut towns, please contact us for requests outside of CT.

• We encourage buyers to plan on visiting the Rooted Farmers site early within the ordering window to secure their favorites.

• Sellers will be adding more items to the inventory up until Sunday so check back if you wish to add to your order.

• We will preview items on Instagram so you can have an idea of what to expect.

• Preorders will only be accepted through Rooted. If you experience any issues with your purchase please email help@rootedfarmers.com with a screenshot so they can resolve any technical issues right away. Here is our timeline again for reference:

Wednesday: Farms enter availability on Rooted

Thursday 6 am: Rooted availability upload due from farms

Thursday 8 am-Sunday midnight: Buyers order on Rooted

Sunday midnight: Orders close for Wednesday fulfillment

Wednesday 9am-11am: Wallingford location open for pickups and floor purchases. Deliveries are sent out.

• We appreciate buyers bringing clean buckets and wearing a face mask.

• Delivered orders will receive a call that the driver is near.

• At pickup or upon delivery, buyers must login with their mobile device to Rooted Farmers and confirm their order. Click on the “Orders” tab and select your current order. Verify what you ordered is what you are taking with you and click the “Mark Fulfilled” yellow button at the bottom of the order.

• Extras: Farmers with any extra product to sell will be setup at a table at our pickup location.

All orders will be charged to the credit card on file through your Rooted account on Wednesdays following the market.
